How to install Freedom on any Mac or Windows computer


Freedom makes it easy to block websites on your computer, for free.
Just follow these three steps!


Step 1: Install the Freedom App



To start, just download and install the Freedom app. If you don't already have an account, you can easily create one directly in the app.


Step 2: Add Websites to your Blocklist


Log into the Freedom website (https://freedom.to) with your account and add distracting websites to your blocklist.




Step 3: Start Your Block


You can start a block from our website, or by clicking "Start a session" in our application. Once your block is running, you won't be able to access the sites you've blocked until your session is complete!
